PARKING
What about parking?
There is ample parking for residents. Free parking decals are required. Contact the office if you own multiple vehicles or have additional questions.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Are security deposits required?
Yes, the amount varies by number of bedrooms: $350.00-$700.00 for apartments and one month’s rent for houses.

PETS
Are pets allowed?
Yes, however, a pet deposit is required and additional monthly rent is charged. $350.00 deposit ($125.00 nonrefundable) first pet. $450.00 ($175.00 non refundable) two pets. $10.00 (first pet) to $15.00 (second pet) added per month to rent.
Are there any restrictions on pets?
Yes. Up to two pets are allowed. Dogs must be at/under 60 pounds at full grown weight or total combined weight for two pets. $30.00 to $50.00 deposit for caged pets is fully refundable. Ferrets are not allowed.
OCCUPANCY
How many people may share an apartment?
Unrelated parties are limited to one person per bedroom. The rules for families follow Blacksburg town ordinance. Contact the office for specific information.
