additional monthly rent is charged.

allowed. Dogs must be under 30
pounds at full grown weight.

How many people may share an apartment? Unrelated parties are limited
to one person per bedroom. The rules for families follow the town

What about parking? There is ample parking for residents. Free
parking decals are required. Contact the office if you own multiple
vehicles.
