Yes, however, a pet deposit is required and additional monthly rent is charged. |

Yes. Limit is one dog 25 lbs. or less
at adult age OR 2 indoor cats. Contact the office for information on
caged pets/fish. |
| How many people may share an apartment? |
Unrelated parties are limited to one person per bedroom. The rules for families follow the town ordinance. Contact the office for specific information. |
| What about parking?

is ample parking for residents. Parking decals are required. Contact
the office if you own multiple vehicles. |
